In a relaxing setting with a flowing waterfall, this guided exercise training aims to help you learn how to enter into a state of deep relaxation through mental awareness of your body, use of visual imagination, and focus on the state of relaxation and calm.
Autogenic training means consciously controlling the way you think and control how your body feels, only with the help of thoughts, and then taking control over your reactions to stressful stimuli.
The more you practice, the faster your body will enter the state of relaxation when you do it intentionally, and it can improve your ability to manage stress, anxiety, panic, cues, and anger throughout the day.
