Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in psychiatry
- Ability to collaborate effectively with psychotherapists and other specialists for an integrated treatment approach
- Valid psychiatry specialist (or primary) medical certification and a valid licence to practice in Romania
- Knowledge of English or French is an advantage
- Empathy, professionalism, and continuous attention to patient progress and satisfaction
- Openness to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Training in psychotherapy is an advantage
What You Will Provide / Services Expected
As a psychiatrist with us, you are expected to offer:
- Psychiatric evaluation to establish accurate diagnoses
- Prescription and monitoring of psychopharmacological treatment
- Collaboration with a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist to personalize therapeutic intervention according to patient needs
- Family counselling regarding the diagnosed disorder to improve intrafamilial relationships
- Monitoring the patient’s evolution and, when necessary, adjusting the therapeutic intervention
