Front Desk Officer

What You Will Do

  • Carry out daily secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Schedule consultations and ensure efficient appointment management so that there are no overlaps or unoccupied time slots
  • Welcome visitors and announce them to the appropriate staff members
  • Ensure proper protocol during meetings, in accordance with daily requirements
  • Prepare and draft documents and reports requested by management
  • Provide administrative support to all departments within the company
  • Handle cash and card payments from clients
  • Issue invoices and fiscal receipts
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Draft business correspondence necessary for day-to-day activities
  • Send documents via post or email
  • Update and maintain the document database

Requirements

  • Good command of English — written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web tools
  • Technical skills and ease in using social media channels for communication
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Analytical thinking
