How to use the protocol
Days 1–7
Only 1 session in the morning, occasionally in the evening (adaptation phase).
Days 8–14
Increase to 2 sessions on some days (morning + evening). Introduce Whole Brain Workout and Morning Motivation sessions.
Days 15–21
2–3 sessions per day: Morning – focus; Afternoon – energy reset; Evening – sleep/relaxation
Break between sessions
Minimum 4 hours between sessions.
Personal note
If you feel very tired on a given day, skip the morning session and only do the evening session.
